Bagnalls were required to upgrade the toilet complex at one of Severn Trent Water’s busy visitor centres. The facilities needed to be modernised and be made more efficient for general maintenance and cleaning. In addition, we had to reconfigure the incoming water supply which had been spring fed in the past but was now failing to meet demand.
A full complement of trades was used to complete the work, all from our own directly employed building and painting divisions.
Remove existing toilets and cubicles and all associated pipework.
In a very short window and with the added pressure of having to maintain sufficient facilities for the public, while the work was carried out, the toilets were fully operational within the agreed period and within budget.
