Bagnalls has worked for many years at the Doncaster Dome Leisure centre, a popular venue for up and coming bands and well known comedians.

We have just finished the internal painting at the Ice Cap skating rink, which formed part of a £300k major refurbishment programme for this facility by the Doncaster Dome Leisure Trust. The ice rink was closed to the general public for a month so all the works, including the painting, could be undertaken safely.

In 2009, Bagnalls painted the external and internal steelwork to the main entrance of the Dome. PPG Architectural Coatings specified their Johnstone’s Steel and cladding specialist paint products to offer protection against the elements as well as resulting in a superb black finish.

We have also undertaken the redecoration works in both the Lagoon swimming pool and Oasis Spa areas. The Lagoon area was painted in aztec colours to give a jungle feel.

Once finished, professional graffiti artists were employed to add special effects to the painted surfaces in the form of lions, elephants and monkeys.
