Bagnalls is in a 4 year partnership with Southampton City Council to undertake responsive repairs to their houses, flats and community facilities throughout the local area. This includes renewing mastic to failed joints, concrete repairs to window cills and redecorating the concrete after repairs have been carried out.

Working closely with Southampton City Council personnel is paramount, as we are measured to ensure that works are undertaken within a given timescale and residents are kept advised of the works throughout, as well as being happy with the end result.

We dedicate project teams that have worked for Bagnalls for a number of years. This ensures consistent quality year in year out for customers as we use tried and tested methods of working, and resident consultation.

Our exceptionally low staff turnover ensures that the knowledge that we have acquired as a company and through our partnering contracts is retained and service delivery improved through continuous development of our working relationship. The projects often involve working in schools or community facilities such as libraries, so thorough risk assessments are undertaken to ensure safe systems of work are in place to safeguard the general public, council employees and our own personnel.
