Bagnalls has worked as the specialist concrete repair contractor for Tower Hamlet Homes (Previously London Borough of Tower Hamlets) for a number of years. The programme of work involves working in partnership to undertake the repair and protection of spalling concrete structures as well as the project management of external refurbishment packages.

John Stevenson, Team Project Leader, Major Works comments: “The Concrete partnering contract has enabled the Major Work Technical Services Department of Tower Hamlet Homes to work in tandem with the main contractor in the development of several major schemes from the initial feasibility survey and budget costings through to contract procurement, the consultation process, site supervision, the final account and contract review. The partnering ethos, set within the framework for Best Value criteria, has enabled the technical services team to meet specific aims and objectives of the capital works programme.”
