The University is highly rated as one of the leading centres for research excellence in the UK and therefore attracts interest from local businesses, students and academia.

A dedicated team of painters are assigned to the University throughout the year to ensure the buildings are maintained in accordance with standards set by the University. The programme of work is agreed with the estates department to ensure there is minimal disruption to the day to day running of the University. During holiday periods, the site team is supplemented with additional Bagnalls employees to complete larger projects that can't be effectively carried out whilst facilities are being used.

We recently decorated the external of the Arts centre which is the largest arts centre in the Midlands attracting 300,000 visitors each year. Other projects include the external decoration of the student's union building and Coventry House. Both projects involved the washing down and subsequent application of Keim Granital solution to the forticrete block work.
