“I joined Bagnalls 4 years ago when the Company were introducing a Rail Competence Management System into their operating processes.  The position was only intended to be temporary but I had enjoyed my time at Bagnalls and so I was really pleased when I was offered a permanent role after the rail project had been successfully implemented.

Initially,  I was working in an administration role, however I was keen to progress.  Bagnalls supported this interest and I soon became more involved in the pricing and management of contracts.

I am now training to be a Surveyor, currently studying for a HNC in Construction, which involves day release at College.  This is totally funded by Bagnalls.  The Company is committed to the development of their staff and so I am looking forward to even bigger challenges in the future.”
