ASSISTANT CONTRACTS MANAGER - CARDIFF

The position offers a unique opportunity to a self motivated individual, with a desire to progress and develop within a local branch of an established National Painting Contractor, working with many blue chip companies within the South Wales area, undertaking all aspects of painting, decorating and maintenance works.

 

The role offers the chance for you to develop and learn within a challenging and varied environment, skills including contract and project management, cost control, labour management, budgeting, estimating and managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion.

 

Some construction related experience or training is necessary, and the applicant would ideally possess at least two A levels or equivalent, and have a genuine desire to learn and develop, within an existing team.

 

This full time position offers genuine prospects for long term career development, along with continued training and an opportunity for you to excel within a specialist business.

INDUSTRIAL PAINTING – PART TIME SALES ROLE - SHIPLEY

 

Bagnalls is a leading Painting contractor, with branches across the UK.  We are looking for an individual, to work 1-2 days per week, who has recognised experience in developing sales opportunities in industrial environments. 

 

We have teams of directly employed personnel with specialist industrial surface preparation and painting skills and we are looking for an individual who can open doors with all types of industrial customers including, utility companies, petro-chemical sites, power stations and refineries.

 

The successful candidate will have proven experience and contacts with similar customers and have the ability to open doors with key industrial targets. You will be responsible for creating local, regional and national opportunities for the branch team as well as identifying opportunities for the Group.

 

We need an enthusiastic person to join our team, based at our Shipley office, initially working on a part-time basis.

Identify and Research profitable business with new target industrial customers

Achieve results by developing focused relationships with key customers
