Contracts Manager, North East – Industrial
Bagnalls is a specialist painting contractor with expertise in standard commercial painting and decorating as well as the application of specialist coatings in industrial environments. We operate through a national network of branch offices. Our clients vary from universities and retail to factories and utilities. Due to continued expansion we require a Contracts Manager for the North East region, based out of our Newcastle office, with expertise in industrial coatings. Duties will include estimating, surveying, management of contracts and client liaison. Candidates should be highly motivated, capable of working as part of an enthusiastic management team and be committed to the continual growth of the business. An excellent remuneration package which includes profit share, company car and pension.

Bagnalls is a leading Painting & Decorating contractor, with branches nationwide. We are looking for an individual who wants a challenging career in a varied commercial environment. Our customers include the National Trust, Housing Associations, Hospitals, factories and universities. We need an enthusiastic person to join our team, based in Newcastle. The role will require the individual to:
* Identify and Research profitable business with new target customers * Achieve results by developing focused relationships with key customers * Analysis of market opportunities and developing into long term customer business * Interface with our suppliers on new potential customers * Completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) for tender short lists * Work as part of a team to develop Group opportunities nationwide
