Environment
Bagnalls has 130 years experience in the construction industry and during this time it has led the field in many ways, especially health and safety. We have also been concerned about environmental issues for some years and have worked closely with customers such as National Grid and Severn Trent Water to introduce new working practices which address the impacts the services we provide, have on the environment.
We have achieved ISO 14001 status and best practice learnt is shared within the group. Our personnel have been trained in environmental awareness and the company’s aims to reduce, reuse and recycle where possible.
To combat the impact our services have on the environment we have addressed a number of the key aspects of our service delivery and set objectives to reduce their effect, this has resulted in working more effectively with our supply chain and developing life cycle maintenance programmes for individual customers.
