We apply industrial coatings for many of the world’s leading utility, chemical and power generation companies, ranging from intumescent coatings to structural steelwork to protective coatings to offer corrosion resistance.
We have undertaken complex projects requiring the highest levels of safety performance, technical understanding and reliability. We work with the client and specialist paint manufacturers to ascertain the most appropriate specification for the industrial coatings before any works commence on site. We also invest in the training and development of our personnel to reach the high safety standards required by these customers, including Gas network safety passports.
Our primary concern is to minimise the downtime of plant and lessen the effect of our service provision on our customers’ businesses. This is achieved through comprehensive project planning and quality control e.g. we may have to cordon small areas off when applying intumescent coatings to structural steelwork rather than disrupting the whole operation.
We offer technical support to provide customers with solutions to complex access issues, corrosion problems and specification of protective coatings. In addition, we have personnel with ICORR (Institute of Corrosion) Level II painting inspection training to ensure the integrity of the finished industrial coatings.
We work for many of the country’s leading utility companies including National Grid, Severn Trent Water and United Utilities. Each customer has varying property portfolios and developing the most appropriate industrial coatings painting programme can be complex that is why we work closely with companies such as Hempels, International Paints and Protega which can offer quality products to meet all site conditions.
In recent years we have also developed our environmental site management procedures to reduce the impact our services have on the environment. We have achieved ISO 14001 and set ourselves long term sustainable objectives.
