Bagnalls has the capability to directly for Network Rail, safely interfacing with the rail infrastructure. Our robust competency management system has proven systems to ensure that we can undertake and deliver painting works safely within the rail network.
As railway contractors, we have teams of directly employed painting personnel who have both PTS (Personal Track Safety) and ICATS (Industrial Coatings Applicator Training Scheme) training, which means that they have the safety awareness and technical competence to work on the rail network. We work successfully for Principal Contractors, Train Operating companies (TOCS) and Network Rail.
Our railway contractor project teams are capable of managing large and complex projects which may cover large geographical areas and many stations, bridges, depots and other rail sites. We work collaboratively with our customers to ensure that projects are delivered to budget and complex programming is met.
We are able to coordinate working under Network Rail during lineside, on or near the line conditions, under possessions, isolations or line blocks, to safely carry out work on station canopies, bridges and platform edge lining.
We demonstrated our project capability whilst working under blockade at York Station for Network rail.
