Our key advantage lies in the people we employ, train and develop. We have over 600 directly employed people made up of apprentices, skilled operatives, foremen, project management staff and senior managers.

Our commitment to apprenticeships is well known in our industry. Our apprentice recruitment policy ensures that we have an ongoing pool of talent being introduced in to our business each year. This, along with our Management Trainee Programme helps build teams of people who buy into the Company's values from early in their careers, and who continue to uphold high standards as they progress in to more senior positions.

We regularly receive customer testimonials commending the workmanship and helpfulness of individual employees, some of whom are specifically requested to be assigned to any future projects undertaken for the customer. Our investment in a bespoke Painting Academy, which simulates real site conditions, is proving to be a valuable training ground for apprentices to supplement the skills learnt at college. It is also an excellent facility for improving the skills and knowledge of our operatives when new products are introduced in the market. Trials can be undertaken before work commences on customers' premises.
