Modern Apprenticeship
Developing the skills of young people has always been a fundamental belief of Bagnalls.
We operate a 3 year apprenticeship scheme, run in conjunction with the Construction Industry Training Board’s (CITB) construction apprenticeship scheme.
Recognition of this investment and commitment to training has resulted in the success of our apprentices in achieving their National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ).
Many Bagnalls’ apprentices have also succeeded at both national and regional competitions, including those organised by the industry’s trade association, the Painting & Decorating Association (PDA).
