We invest in the recruitment, training and development of local Bagnalls painting operatives to manage the specific needs of customers, delivered by our local branch management teams. Where necessary, we will engage the services of one of our select sub-contract partners to carry out specific trades that fall outside of the skill-set of our in-house teams. These companies are rigorously vetted and managed by ourselves to ensure that the service we provide our customers is not compromised in any way.
