Bagnalls has worked in partnership with LBTH for a number of years. The programme of works involves the repair and protection of spalling concrete structures as well as the project management of external refurbishment packages.
Understanding the objectives of LBTH and working together to achieve them has been the keystone to the success of this partnership.
Key performance indicators are used throughout the programme to monitor mutually agreed objectives, such as tenant satisfaction and completion of projects to time and budget.
