Our commitment to quality across all aspects of our business has kept us at the forefront of our industry for generations. Our award winning workmanship and customer service sets us apart in the market and, on the few occasions where things don't quite work out as planned, our customers can be assured that we will quickly respond to puts things right.

We manage quality in accordance with our externally accredited quality management system - ISO 9001:2008. As one of the UK's first painting contractors to adopt the then BS5750 in 1992, we have continued to maintain a quality management system (QMS) since then. The QMS has provided the structure for us to continually review and improve the service we offer our customers. Our regular external audits undertaken by the British Standards Institute (BSI) verify that we continue to meet the exacting standards required and provide our customers with the assurances they need before appointing us to carry out work.

All stages of our work undergo regular inspection to monitor compliance with specification and is handed over to our customer in the knowledge that the work has been monitored at all stages. Our customers are invited to complete a short survey at the end of the project so that we can gauge our performance and pick up on areas that may further improve our service.
