Training Academy
Bagnalls has established a bespoke training facility to build on the training apprentices and operatives receive at college, through site based training as well as external courses accredited by the CITB (Construction Industry Training Board).
It provides an excellent environment for employees to practice and develop the specialist site skills required of an innovative and forward thinking painting contractor. The investment we make ensures that we have a skilled, directly employed workforce to meet the current and future needs of customers.
The academy reflects the real life conditions that painters face when working at customers’ offices and sites.
