Severn Trent Water (STW) faced critical health and safety concerns at their pumping facility on Hylton Road, Worcester, prompting the need for immediate action. The existing pipework required extension and protection to ensure safe access to hose couplers during emergency pumping situations.

Bagnalls was approached for their expertise to devise a solution. We swiftly procured custom pipework and couplers, prioritising the urgent nature of the task. The project was efficiently executed within the timeframe specified by council permits.

Our team executed a comprehensive plan, including the removal of existing covers, extending the pipework, increasing the height of the chambers, and reinstallation of covers, meeting the approval of all stakeholders involved.  From initial pricing to final installation, the project was completed in under two weeks, which encompassed the bespoke manufacturing of pipe extensions.
