A Message from Bagnalls on the Coronavirus Epidemic

Protecting our People, Customers and the Wider Community

Following the publication of the Government’s guidance in respect of the COVID-19 crisis, we took the difficult decision at the beginning of this week to stop work on virtually all our customers’ sites, once they had been left in a safe and secure condition.

We know that our decision is the most appropriate and responsible course of action to protect our people, customers and the wider community from this aggressive disease.

Our Head Office and branch offices have also been dramatically scaled down with most of our staff now working from home.

We are continuing to deliver our services on sites that are deemed essential to support the frontline response to the crisis including the NHS, Ministry of Defence and Utility Companies.  In these cases, our colleagues are following the strict guidelines outlined by the Government including social distancing.

My Executive team and I are closely monitoring this unprecedented situation and will support our teams to resume working on sites again just as soon as it is safe do so.

We would ask that you keep in touch with your usual Bagnalls contact if you wish to discuss your future needs.  They will be delighted to support you however they reasonably can and provide budgetary costs, discuss specifications, and establish provisional plans to mobilise our team(s) on site as soon as we are able.
