It is so important for companies to not only think about the physical health of their employees but also their mental health. Bagnalls have had an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) scheme in place for some years now and it offers our employees access to additional support when they most need it.
To further demonstrate our commitment to the wellbeing of our employees we have now signed and adopted the principles of the Building Mental Health Charter in order to raise awareness and understanding of the impact of poor mental ill health. We will encourage the need to discuss issues and provide additional access to accredited Mental Health First Aiders across our workforce.
