A big thanks from all of us at Bagnalls to all our colleagues who took part in our recent Safety Climate Survey!
In an effort to further improve our safety measures whilst raising money for a good cause, we recently sent out a survey to all Bagnalls employees to allow them to provide feedback on our safety protocols and the way we have responded to the COVID-19 pandemic across the company. For each completed survey, we promised to donate £5 to the NHS Charities COVID-19 Appeal, a charity effort supporting the welfare of NHS staff, volunteers and patients in ways above and beyond what NHS funding can ordinarily provide.
An astonishing 356 of our staff members completed the survey; not only does this provide valuable insight into how we can develop our safety culture and improve our systems of safe work, but it also meant that a fantastic £1,780 was raised for the NHS Charities COVID-19 appeal.
We are currently working on studying and understanding the survey feedback from our staff and deciding the actions we will take as a result of this – but in the meantime, well done to all our staff who took part and thank you.
