Many of our Foremen, Managers and Directors were once Apprentices. We enjoy developing people and encouraging them to reach their full potential.
I'm so happy that I did an Apprenticeship with Bagnalls, it has really set me up for my career and I am now a Director. My advice would be to work hard, build good relationships with colleagues and always try to be the best you can be..
