We manage quality in accordance with our externally accredited quality management system – ISO 9001:2008. We were one of the first UK painting contractors to adopt quality management under BS5750 in 1992 and have continued to comply with the audit requirements of the British Standards Institute (BSI) ever since.
All stages of our work undergo regular inspection to ensure compliance with specification and is handed over to our customer in the knowledge that the work has been monitored at all stages. Our customers are invited to complete a short satisfaction survey at the end of each project so that we can gauge our performance and pick up on any areas that may further improve our service. Performance monitoring is also fed back to our site teams so that they know first-hand how much our customers appreciate a high level of service.
In addition, we have a fully documented corrective action procedure for the few occasions where things don’t quite work out as planned. Our customers can be assured that we will quickly respond to puts things right and implement changes in procedures to prevent re-occurrence.
