As a specialist painting and decorating contractor established in 1875, our experience in this field is second to none.
Our team of over 600 directly-employed, qualified and trained painters and decorators are highly skilled in completing decorating services including the application of standard paint finishes, specialist coatings including industrial and protective coatings, wallpaper hanging, air spraying and heritage restoration techniques.
Our staff turnover is low and many of our people have been with the company over 25 years, with an average length of service being 10 years. Therefore, our customers can be reassured that all decorating services are completed by specialist operatives to the highest standard, with surfaces correctly prepared and appropriate materials and tools used to ensure longevity of the paint application.
We successfully undertake painting projects in occupied, sensitive, historical, industrial and high-risk environments – think of a building and we have experience in redecorating it, from hotels, shops, offices, universities, schools, hospitals, fire stations, police stations, prisons, factories, train stations, museums, theatres, museums, social housing, manufacturing plants and power stations.
As a responsible contractor, we maintain robust safe systems of work and quality management systems supported by our team delivering technical know-how and providing years of expertise to projects with complex requirements. We do all we can to minimise disruption and protect your customers, staff, company assets, belongings or building integrity from danger or damage.
On each project, we provide a management team with demonstratable experience, that regularly visits site, guides our staff and manages client communications promptly and directly.
We have an established supplier network, with some relationships dating back nearly 100 years. Our staff work closely with our suppliers and can therefore assist clients with specification, colour choices or finishes to meet project requirements. Together with our technical expertise we can provide you with the ideal painting and decorating solution to meet your expectations, budget and maintenance life cycle.
