Bagnalls history in London dates back to the 1920s when Alfred Bagnall & Sons undertook work for the newly built Empire Stadium. We carried out this work as a painting subcontractor to Sir Robert McAlpine.
Bagnalls operated as the main sign-writing and painting contractor for the Empire Stadium in 1924. The Empire Stadium later underwent a redevelopment becoming the spiritual home of football, Wembley Stadium!
Nearly 100 years later, Bagnalls’ expertise is still in demand. We recently worked on external renovations to Wembley Arena, applying a specialist liquid plastic coating and carrying out general maintenance painting at Wembley Stadium.
Bagnalls also provides regular maintenance painting to many of the leading premier football stadiums and has also worked for Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC), at Lord’s Cricket Ground, the home of cricket.
