The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) has given us funding to train our Supervisors and Contracts Managers, as well as offering a programme to those aspiring to progress into a supervisory role in the future. Some of our Supervisors have also undertaken apprenticeships, such as the Level 4 Construction Site Supervision course, to develop their careers.

Our branches are strategically located across the UK, including in economically disadvantaged communities. To support local engagement and development, we deliver informative talks, practical workshops and mock interviews at schools, effectively raising awareness of apprenticeship opportunities and motivating applications from the surrounding areas. Feedback from school leadership has been overwhelmingly positive, with one deputy head describing a presentation as having “sparked their curiosity and helped to raise aspirations.”
