The Kingsdale Group was founded in 1994 as an independent company offering property management services to both developers and leaseholders of private residential properties. They now manage some 2,200 units on over 50 developments throughout England, of which over 1,600 properties are managed on behalf of retired home-owners.

Bagnalls recently completed the full redecoration of Rosedale Gardens, including; all external surfaces including windows, fascia, gables, fencing, railings, lamp-posts and steel bollards plus the communal lounges. The works consisted of 26 Bungalows plus all perimeter assets.

A full inspection of the site was undertaken before any works commenced. The maintenance work, carried out prior to painting, involved general repairs to fascia boards, soffits and guttering and repairs to doors and windows.

Bagnalls contacted the residents, well in advance, prior to painting their properties.  Our Contracts Manager notified them with an initial letter drop two weeks prior to the start date, which explained who we were and what week we planned to carry out the works. We adapted our services to accommodate elderly couples, families with young children and residents with disabilities.

Regular visits from our site management made sure every resident was happy and up to date with the progress of works to programme.

The specification was put together by Dulux and products used, included: Dulux Trade ultimate woodstain, Dulux Trade Metalshield gloss, and Cuprinol quick drying cladding paint.

Bagnalls supplied all welfare facilities for the job, positioned in an agreed area where access routes for the residents weren’t impaired. The whole site was left clean and tidy and with a pristine finish.
