Workforce Involvement Pays Dividends!

In late 2021, Bagnalls undertook a safety climate survey to gain feedback from employees on all things safety. For every survey completed, Bagnalls offered to donate £5 to Andy’s Man Club (AMC).

Facilitators from AMC attended all the company Safety Stand Down days, held across the UK, in late 2021, sharing their stories and letting everyone know that it’s okay to talk.

We are pleased to say that we gained some great feedback from our survey as well as managed to raise £2000 for this worthy charity. The certificate and monies were presented to one of our York painters Jamie, who is also a facilitator at AMC. He thanked Bagnalls and said “Andy’s Man Club is a place for men to come together in a safe environment to talk about issues and problems they have faced or are currently facing. It’s an amazing place and I am so proud to be a part of it. People come in feeling low, and leave with a smile on their faces because they’ve got stuff off their chest, and been able to talk. This donation will allow us to continue supporting our cause nationwide.”
