Bagnalls Wins The Aptem Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award 2025!

Bagnalls has triumphed at the National Apprenticeship and Skills Awards 2025, winning The Aptem Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Award!
We were previously named the regional winner of this accolade for the Yorkshire and Humber area, so we’re thrilled to have also been crowned the overall national winner.
The awards themselves receive over 1,100 entries every single year, with submissions from a range of sectors, including construction, science and healthcare.
This placed our family business in direct competition with various household names, including supermarket giant, Tesco, and construction heavyweight, Kier Group. Well done to both for achieving the Highly Commended title within the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award category!
