A Double Redecoration for Bizspace Offices

Bagnalls was excited to receive a commission to complete a full internal refurbishment for two busy office spaces, owned by Bizspace Ltd.
With one office located in Old Trafford in Manchester and the other in Cheadle Place in Cheadle, this was a project for our National Painting Division – managing national projects centrally and delivering quality at each local site.
A dedicated Project Management team oversaw operations centrally, providing Bizspace with a single point of contact (SPOC), ensuring effective communication throughout the project delivery.
Work was coordinated through our local branch network, with experienced painting teams deployed at both locations, each led by a Contracts Manager.
Thanks to our unique Bagnalls approach, we were able to address and fulfil the unique requirements of both Bizspace office environments with bespoke care and attention, while ensuring a consistent level of quality.
Both office locations required a contemporary refresh, with the aim of enhancing the working environment, while also maintaining professional standards. Our team carried out the work during normal operating hours, ensuring minimal disruption to teams working within the buildings.
The Bagnalls North Division colleagues delivered a complete redecoration of internal areas, including walls, ceilings and woodwork. Surfaces were cleaned, sanded and repaired where necessary, with all surrounding areas carefully protected throughout the process.
A durable, resilient, high-quality coating system was applied to ensure long‐lasting performance and ease of maintenance in high‐traffic office environments. Selected for their clean, professional appearance, Bagnalls utilised Johnstone’s Durable Matt across all walls, while Johnstone’s Vinyl Matt coated the ceilings, and Aqua Guard Durable Satin Finish was applied to all woodwork.
The whole project was completed over a two-week period, delivered smoothly and on schedule. The refurbished spaces now offer a brighter, more welcoming environment for those working within the Bizspace-owned offices.
