Joanne joined Bagnalls in 2000 and has spent many years working across all aspects of the painting and decorating industry. She positively promotes the range of quality work delivered by Bagnalls, across local and national projects. And as an active member of the Painting & Decorating Association’s Management committee she promotes the professionalism of the decorating trade, as a whole. Joanne started her career at Bridon, a steel wire rope manufacturing company followed by a time as Sales & Marketing Manager for a US-based company, Portola Packaging.
Joanne is passionate about sustainability and has led Bagnalls in developing key policies and actions to drive environmental change, deliver social value and ensure good governance within the business. She works with the branch teams and leading paint manufacturers to reduce site-based waste by reviewing options to reduce, reuse and recycle.
Joanne established the company’s Community Paintbrush scheme in 2012 which continues to help so many organisations across the country through paint donations, volunteering and charitable support. Outside of work she enjoys photography, spending time with family, dance class and musical theatre.
