Lee Jeyes recently joined the Main Board after 34 years with the company. Lee started his career at Bagnalls as an apprentice painter and decorator but his talent for leadership was soon spotted and as his experience grew, he was appointed as a non-working Supervisor on a major chemical site.
Over the years Lee’s skills and competencies have been used to develop major utility customers and ensure that through skills training, bespoke systems and regulatory procedures we continue to meet the high levels of safety requirements demanded in these high-risk work environments.
Lee is passionate about supporting others within the business to achieve a successful and progressive career and believes that with a bit of hard work and a lot of desire, the opportunities are there for the taking. Lee is a keen golfer in his spare time.
