Bagnalls Renovates Office Building Façade in Middlesbrough

The appeal of the exterior of Jomast’s properties to potential customers is of paramount importance to the company. This is why they commissioned Bagnalls to renovate the façade of one of their office building properties in Middlesbrough.

Our team was tasked with painting the bare concrete of this commercial property’s front elevation to create added kerb appeal. Arrangements were made with the local council in order to close the footpath to the public, to ensure paramount safety at all times. Barriers were erected to cordon off the work area from pedestrians while the project was being carried out.

The Bagnalls team made sure that all surfaces were clean, dry and free from any contaminants, prior to the application of the Crown paint specification.

Initially, Sandtex Trade Fungicidal Wash was used to manually remove any organic growth. This was then followed by the application of Crown Trade All Purpose Primer, to ensure correct paint adhesion.

Once all surfaces were fully prepared, we applied two coats of Sandtex Trade 365 All Weather masonry paint to achieve the final, quality finish. All work at height was completed with the assistance of a JLG scissor lift, operated by our IPAF-trained operatives.
