Bagnalls capability was recognised at the 2018 annual Painting and Decorating Association Awards at Plaisterers’ Hall, London. Projects of excellence across all levels of the industry were showcased and Bagnalls received commendations for all the projects entered. Bagnalls demonstrated its strength across 5 of the 7 categories from decorative and highly decorative to industrial, commercial and residential.
Our Leeds branch were very highly commended in the commercial category for the intricate works undertaken at Leeds City Art Gallery. The industrial works undertaken at the IQE Semiconductor facility in South Wales by our Cardiff branch were also commended, along with the works delivered by our Erith branch at the O2 Arena. In addition, the industrial coatings undertaken by our Ellesmere Port team on the M6 Tolls Bridge was very highly commended.
We also received commended certificates for the decorative works delivered at the Mark Mason’s Hall and Elm Park Mansions by our London branch, with highly commended certificates being awarded to the Doncaster branch for works at the Doncaster Mansion house and our Erith branch for the highly decorative decoration of the Honourable Artillery Company (HAC).
The final honours were commended and very highly commended certificates for Avalon Court and Cornish Place respectively, two residential projects delivered by our Doncaster branch to high painting and customer care standards.
