The ‘It’s a Wonderful Line’ movement is one of the most fantastic campaigns Bagnalls have ever been part of. It consisted of the entire script of the iconic Christmas film, It’s a Wonderful Life being painted on station platforms.
In partnership with Rethink Mental Illness Virgin Trains wanted to spread a little kindness this Christmas time. They asked Bagnalls to complete the painting of the script, and we were very eager to do so.
Now 750 litres of paint have been used by Bagnalls, from London Euston train station to Glasgow Central train station, and with it, a message of hope and support.
This project aims to let people know that no one is alone and that everyone is loved. It serves as a reminder to look out for others and be there for them and help them when they need it. When better to share this important message than at Christmas, when people are in the spirit of giving?
Virgin Trains have put out a fantastic video showing the process of the painting and the effect the campaign has had on those train passengers who have seen it. Watch it here.
