Steve first joined Bagnalls in Belvedere in May 1989 as a labourer and over time trained to become a Concrete Repairer. He remained with the company until July 1993 when he left to work abroad. He then re-joined Bagnalls, on the tools, in 1994 but showed the right skills and potential to become a future manager, so in 2003 he was chosen to go on the company’s three-year Management Trainee scheme. After which he became a Surveyor before being promoted in 2014 to his current role as Branch Manager. His staff celebrated this special work anniversary with him, which would have been 30 years if he had remained with Bagnalls since 1989.
Throughout his career at Bagnalls he has worked on many different and varied projects, the more memorable ones include, the O2 Arena, Wembley Arena, Greenwich Maritime Museum, The Cube in Folkstone and the Old Royal Naval College, to name a few.
