A BIG Thank You

We would like to say a big thank you to all of you for helping make us a Top 100 Apprentice Employer.

Special thanks to all the colleges that support our apprentices throughout the year – your support is invaluable to us in developing the skills of our apprentices.

Thanks to the organisations that care and recognise the importance of apprenticeships in our industry – The Painting and Decorating Association, The 5% Club, Apprentices.Gov, and paint manufacturers Dulux, Crown Trade Paint and Johnstones, to name but a few.

Thanks to our customers who recognise the social value of recruiting apprentices and making them part of the projects we deliver for them.

An enormous thank you to all our colleagues at Bagnalls – we would not have achieved this award without you all.  Our achievement is testament to our apprentices for showing commitment to their apprenticeship journey, our site teams who support their development, supervisors who provide a guiding hand and feedback on an individual apprentice’s progress and the branch office staff, management and directors who support the programme of apprenticeships all year round.

Last but not least, our gratitude and thanks to Barry Caple, whose patience and knowledge ensures apprentices gain so much when they spend time at the company’s training academy.
