Bagnalls has managed the cyclical maintenance painting of BOC’s specialist gas vessels, nationwide, for around fifteen years. BOC had previously employed the services of many painting contractors across the country to carry out their cyclical maintenance painting but this resulted in problems with reliability, consistent quality, varying costs and poor project management.

Bagnalls Special Projects team manages the annual programme of works to ensure that vessels are maintained to the high standards expected by BOC and its customers. BOC have a wide range of customers including hospitals, engineering sites, manufacturing facilities and power stations but all require a consistent level of quality. What’s more, and just as importantly, these organisations require a contractor who they can rely on to follow the individual security and safety requirements expected on each individual site.

Operational information is updated on a regular basis so that BOC are constantly aware of the progress with the current year’s programme and on completion they can effectively plan for the following year’s cycle of maintenance painting.
