Our Favourite Projects

Avalon Court, Lincoln

Bagnalls were commissioned to deliver internal and external redecoration works to Avalon Court retirement home in Lincoln, for McCarthy & Stone. The existing internal redecoration works were quite dated and required a refresh, as well as the external works which were beginning to deteriorate due to time elapsed since previous redecoration works. There were two large blocks of retirement living apartments to be redecorated both externally and internally. Colours were chosen to brighten up the retirement home’s external appearance and give it a fresh, clean look. Works were carried out in a ‘live’ environment, where health and safety standards and work space tidiness were vital. The homeowners often engaged in conversation with our operatives as they passed by and observed the ongoing works, which created a pleasant, joyful work environment, for both parties.
