As an industry leading industrial coatings contractor, we work for many of the world’s foremost utility, chemical and power generation companies. Our expert industrial painting contractors deliver complex projects whilst maintaining robust safe systems of work, technical know-how and achieving specification requirements.
Our painters have the training and experience to work in all types of industrial environments, this means that we can expertly access difficult areas and minimise the time required between maintenance schedules by applying an advanced industrial coating solution, specified by a trusted specialist coatings manufacturer.
Quality is checked throughout, firstly, during the surface preparation stage when we use either manual or mechanical techniques to achieve the required surface finish. Techniques include high pressure water jetting, wire brushing or grit blasting. Regular checks are then made whilst the coatings are applied to ensure that the stated wet film thicknesses are being achieved from each layer of protective coating. This ensures that critical infrastructure equipment is protected from the elements and the impact of corrosion, for the longer term and downtime to your activities is minimised.
Bagnalls has long established working relationships with all the leading industrial coatings manufacturers. We work together to understand your exact demands and provide a specification to meet your infrastructure’s life cycle requirements.
We have a fully vetted supply chain to ensure that key factors such as access, repairs and environmental protection are all considered at specification stage. We can also deliver bespoke solutions to safety issues, such as, unauthorised access to pipe bridges and crossings.
Furthermore, we can arrange independent third party inspection to verify our quality control processes at each stage of the preparation and coating process. As a member of the Institute of Corrosion (ICORR) our customers can be assured of our commitment to the professional application of coatings and their inspection using our own directly employed ICATS (Industrial Coatings Applicator Training Scheme) qualified personnel and paint inspectors.
"From start to completion, the project was handled in a very professional and safe manner. If Colin, the site foreman, came across any problems that may have infringed the Air Products safety policies, he would come and seek my advice, which shows complete respect for Air Products rules and regulations."
