Since the summer of 2009 Bagnalls has been working constantly on many projects for Leicester City Council including museums and community centres. However, most of the painting work has consisted of the external repair and redecoration of many of the city’s primary and junior schools.
With an annual contract in place, Leicester City Council can rely on Bagnalls to prioritise their works during the summer vacation to make sure that each individual school’s requirements and deadlines are met.
Bagnalls directly employs all painting personnel and can therefore resource the cyclical maintenance demands of larger councils and academies. We also offer customers the peace of mind of supporting projects with operatives that have been DBS checked, a key requirement for many educational institutions.
To undertake all the aspects of work required we project manage other specialist trades to solve maintenance issues and undertake complementary works to the redecoration, such as joinery, carpeting and electrical work.
Our Special Projects division works directly with Facilities Management companies and Academies to deliver their cyclical maintenance redecoration works on a national basis at both primary and secondary schools.
