We work with some of the UK’s largest utility, chemical, power generation and rail companies to help them protect their assets from damage caused by corrosion, wear and tear, vandalism or previous coating failures.
We have worked with Cadent, National Grid, Northern Gas Networks, Yorkshire Water, Western Power, Severn Trent Water and Network Rail.
Projects we complete include recoating of paint systems to pipework, storage vessels, gas holders, structural steelwork including substations and pipe bridges to name a few.
Our trained and experienced staff have access to and training in a wide range of preparation equipment including grit, dustless and slurry blasting, ultra-high pressure (UHP) water jetting, and hand and mechanical tools including needle-, chisel guns and wire brushes to ensure a clear surface for coating application. To further meet specification, we also use calibrated equipment to monitor air conditions, temperature and humidity to ensure coatings are applied in a suitable environment to provide longevity.
We work with leading paint manufacturers to specify and receive refresher training in advanced industrial coating solutions, ensuring lasting protection and aesthetically pleasing results.
We work with clients to create bespoke solutions for their assets to ensure longevity of the applied coatings, reduce health and safety risks and keep costs down. Recoating products we use include but are not limited to, one pack and two pack epoxy resin coatings systems.
Quality checks are conducted at various stages of application to ensure specifications are met, meaning assets are protected from corrosion and the elements for years to come.
As a member of the Institute of Corrosion (ICORR) our customers can be assured of our commitment to the professional application of coatings and their inspection using our own directly employed ICATS (Industrial Coatings Applicator Training Scheme) qualified personnel and paint inspectors.
